Processing & Shipping Policy
Once order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. When the order is placed we cannot cancel.
All orders within the US will take 5-7 business days to be delivered AFTER it has been processed.
Please allow International orders to take longer to deliver. We are NOT responsible for any additional customs fees for any reason. Fees required by us will be stated during checkout.
*Rose Luxe Lash will NOT be responsible for any shipping delays once package is in the possession of the USPS. Rose Luxe Lash is NOT responsible for lost/stolen shipments. Please contact USPS for more info.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Refused & Missed Packages
If you refuse your package at delivery, a $10 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged. The Non-Delivery Fee will be subtracted from your store credit. Rose Luxe Lash will not issue store credit for original shipping charges.
If you missed your package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order to be reshipped to you.
Defective & Damaged Items
In the unlikely event, if you receive any damaged products please send an email to Roseluxelash@gmail.com with customer name and order number within 1-2 days of delivery. Please be sure to include pictures to further expedite a resolution. All shipment for replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. If damage is addressed after 14 days of delivery Rose Luxe Lash may deny damage inquiry.
